Make a Plan

Whenever starting any task or goal you should make a plan. Remember that it doesn't need to be perfect. You just need to have something written down on paper.

Next thing that we need to do is stick to our plan. Be committed to be consistent daily. You can modify your plan as needed and as you go.

I recently started to commit to study Cardiac EKG strips and anything cardio every morning for at least one hour. I do this when Im having my coffee. If I do this everyday and I'm consistent than this will eventually become a habit. It will become easier as I go along to the point where it will become rote and I will do this without thinking about it.

  1. Make a Plan

  2. Write it Down

  3. Start and be consistent

  4. Modify as you go along

  5. Keep up the good work
